Cancellation Policy
Cancellation received no. of days prior to departure Refund applicable Price (per person)
Before 10 to 0 Days 0%
Before 15 to 10 Days 50%
Before 15 Days or more 100%
  • If any cancellation, 15 days before Departure or more, 100% can be adjusted to a future date (Flight cancellation on the basis booked)
  • If any cancellation, 15-10 days before Departure, 50% will be charged on the basis booked
  • If any cancellation, 10 days - 00 days before Departure, 100% will be charged as cancellation.
Payment Terms
  • 200 AED deposit at the time of Booking.
  • Balance payment to be made 15 days before departure
Terms & Conditions
  • In case room is unavailable at the mentioned hotel, Similar category hotels shall be provided.
  • As per child policy, age is to be counted from the date of travel.
  • In case of Triple sharing, A rollaway bed/ extra bed will be provided.
  • In case of Visa processing from our end. Visa processing fees are non-refundable. Entry to any country/ Visa approvals are subjected to relevant authorities and Kinghills holds no responsibility for the same.
  • In case, your flight is included in the package, any real time hike at the time of booking will be applicable and payable additionally.
  • In these booking conditions, “force majeure” means any event which we could not even with all due care foresee or avoid. Such events may include, whether war, riot, civil strife, natural disaster, significant risks to human health, adverse weather conditions and similar events outside our control. Except otherwise expressly stated, we regret we cannot accept liability or pay any compensation for the loss or expense of any nature as a result of “force majeure”
Visa Policy
  • Visa is free for UAE residents.
  • For nationalities where Visas are applicable, Standard Visa @ USD 30 per person and Express Visa @ USD 65 per person
